Walking is an easy exercise. Doing four miles per hour improves endurance.it can also extend your life.walking is ten percent lower in losing calories than jogging.it is a good conditioning activity.  Sedentary people should start at one mile four to five times per week.  Then they should increase gradually. After two weeks they should reach their goal.  Swinging arms, holding weight, or carrying a backpack is another way to do this exercise.
