AVOID COLD DRINKS/WATER

I advice you to not , and I mean do not take cold water or drinks and yes not even ice cream it's tempting I know but do not as it freezes your flow and generate heavy cramps,  warm water ease flow and the more it flows the less cramps you feel 

 

 

Avoid sugary drinks/soda

 

Yes we all love sweet things as women, but avoid too much sweet things at all cost, a minimum of sweets or sugary stuff should be once every 5 days before and after your period, this is because it generate to heavy cramps also , an example of a soda you should avoid when on your period is COCA COLA , yes I said coca cola, refreshing ain't it, but avoid it till after your periods 

 

 

 

Avoid chocolates 

 

 Chocolate is good for periods as it helps ease cramps a bit, but that type of chocolate is known as dark chocolate or energy bars...

Chocolate like Snickers, mars ,swiss and all , will give you heavy cramps, been there, I almost didn't get out of bed throughout that day....

Having orgasms

 

As weird as this may sound,orgasm helps ease cramps too, yea you could be lost in your fantasy and could forget about the pain, plus it oumps the blood more as your sensitive area are now excited, you can do it yourself or ask you legal partner to assist you...

 

 

 

Sleeping positions

 

Whenever you feel disturbed by the pains in your lower abdomen why sleeping,change your sleeping position, sleeping position can either help you relax or make you uncomfortable, so if you sleep like a log of wood like me, you might wanna change ghaty, take it from someone who feels like crying every night...

 I advice you place your pillow under your tummy and lay belly flat it increases the flow and cease pains 

 

 

 

And lastly, YOGA

 

 Yes yoga exercises help with easy and calm flow too ,it also helps with cramps and relaxation of the mind , a triangle pose might help, I think, I do that alot...
