Stay fit and fine

  • Sports can be defined as the process of gaining fitness, it has been the most important thing for todays generation. Thus to stay fit and fine we must perform sports
  • The first step and the beginning for achiving fitness is waking up early atleast 5'O clock .
  • Then to do exercise and long runnig . I know that it's really hard but if you have a strong will then nothing is impossible.
  • Also if it's possible then try to do yoga it keeps your body in a good shape not only this there are many advantages of yaga asana. 
  • Drink as much water as you can , water also helps you in many ways.
  • For today's generations exercise is the most important thing because they have got huge belly by sitting in bed and waching mobile phone.
