Sauerkraut and Mushrooms Buns 波蘭酸菜蘑菇麵包
How to make it

Line baking sheets with baking parchment. Unroll the pastry on a work surface and cut each sheet. Using a teaspoon, carefully spoon the sauerkraut mixture along the middle of each length of pastry.
Fold the pastry over the filling and gently press the edges together to seal.
Transfer the pastry rolls onto the lined baking sheets until the pastry is golden and crisp. Serve warm.
