Overview of StI

STIs/STDs is another rampant pandemic striking the youths, teens and adults round the globe. We all know that sexual transmitted diseases/infections are diseases that enter the body through our private parts through sexual intercourse or exposing the sexual parts to the infected areas. Judging from the definition of STI, we can say that STI can only enter the body via two ways which are either sexual intercourse or exposure of private parts to infected area, but I am not here to keep analyzing more about STI/STDs but to give three significant facts about STI/STDs that most people don't know full details about.

Most people have surfed the net seeaching for various ways of treating /managing sexual transmitted infections without knowing this basic facts about the disease. According to scientists, microbiologist, researchers and medical professionals, we can all say that different diseases have various ways of affecting humans and living cells. Just like bacteria which shows one unique symptoms to be very sure about its infections (high temperature and fever), so also others. In this article, I would be sharing some facts, 3 in particular about the STI/STDs.

 1. The number one major fact to know about these type of disease is that they attack the immune system. No STDs would not make a great touch on the immune system of the living cells it enters. Most times such disease or infection make the immune system so weak that it can't defend the body against others minor infections. Others disease like malaria, thyroid fever and the like make small touches on the immune system but more on red blood cells, which is why when anyone suffering from the disease become so weak. We should all take note that all diseases affect/attack our immune system but varies in severity. STI/STDs have one of the great severe impact on our immune system.

 2. Secondly, STI/STDs make great effects also on reproductive health. Judging from the definition and actions of these type of disease causing organism, they acts mainly on the reproductive parts of the human/ others living things. Most times if this infection is not treated properly, the infection causes sexual dysfunction (I.e the reproductive parts loses its regular functions). This is why people with this type of disease should try their best to manage the disease. Many medical and scientifical factors have been in the journey into reducing the impacts of these diseases on the reproductive system and the body generally.

 3. Lastly another great and important fact to note about STI/STDs is that it has no cure. Many people would argue the fact with me but that is the plain truth. STI/STDs doesn't have a cure, although people treated of these type of disease might say that it has a cure, but it doesn't. What the drugs your medical doctor /pharmacist /nurse or anyother medical practitioner might recommend for you concerning your type of STI/STDs you are having would only reduce the activity and growth of the disease, thereby allowing you to live a good life and think that it is not in your body but doesn't have enough power to carry out their activities due to proper management stops, it tends to grow back gradually. The most dangerous STI that determine the longitivity of humans life is HIV/Aids . HIV/AIDS has full power to operate in the human body inspite of how strong the human immune system is, but the glad news is that the activity of HIV/AIDS can be reduced and proper management can actually help making a HIV/AIDS patient live longer than expected. The Antivirals drugs along with other medications can weaken HIV/AIDS activities in infected body systems up to the stage that the infected person can have sex without fear of infecting another person. Also there are many other drugs which reduces the activities of many other STI diseases causing organism. No matter how much management you give yourself, once you are been infected with STI/STDs, you will keep managing the disease forever
