How to cook chinese rice
- Basmati rice 1 kg
- Carrot 3 to 4
- Potato 3-4
- Capsicum 2
- Cabbage 1
- Chicken boneless half kg.
- Venigar (as required)
- Soya Sauce (as required)
- Chilli Sauce (as required)
- Eggs 3
- Green onion
- Garlic 3-4 cloves.
- Black Pepper
- White pepper
- First we will chop garlic and fry it in 5 tablespoons oil till it becomes golden.
- Then we will cut the chicken in cubes and add in that oil and fry the chicken
- Now we'll add carrot nicely cut and fry it nicely.
- Then we will cut capsicum and cabbage nicely and than fry them with garlic till the veggies become soft.
- Then we'll add Salt, Black pepper, white pepper, soya sauce,chilli sauce and vinegar as required.
- Then we'll fry it.
- Now at this point we'll add some water and wait till veggies cook.
- Now if the veggies are nicely cooked we'll add Basmati rice (raw) and wait till rice cook.
- Now it's time for garnishing. Hard boil the eggs and make french fries of potato.
- Now after 10-15 minutes dish out your rice and put some sliced boil eggs and french fries and green onions on top and enjoy.
