How to cook chinese rice

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Basmati rice 1 kg
  2. Carrot 3 to 4
  3. Potato 3-4 
  4. Capsicum 2
  5. Cabbage 1
  6. Chicken boneless half kg. 
  7. Venigar (as required)
  8. Soya Sauce (as required)
  9. Chilli Sauce (as required)
  10. Oil/Ghee
  11. Eggs 3 
  12. Green onion
  13. Garlic 3-4 cloves.
  14. Black Pepper
  15. White pepper

PROCEDURE:

  1. First we will chop garlic and fry it in 5 tablespoons oil till it becomes golden.
  2. Then we will cut the chicken in cubes and add in that oil and fry the chicken
  3. Now we'll add carrot nicely cut and fry it nicely.
  4. Then we will cut capsicum and cabbage nicely and than fry them with garlic till the veggies become soft.
  5. Then we'll add Salt, Black pepper, white pepper, soya sauce,chilli sauce and vinegar as required.
  6. Then we'll fry it.
  7. Now at this point we'll add some water and wait till veggies cook.
  8. Now if the veggies are nicely cooked we'll add Basmati rice (raw) and wait till rice cook.
  9. Now it's time for garnishing. Hard boil the eggs and make french fries of potato.
  10. Now after 10-15 minutes dish out your rice and put some sliced boil eggs and french fries and green onions on top and enjoy.
