How I gained weight

For thos who is struggling for gaining weight.

 

I too struggled a lot to gain weight.

Follow this diet chart and hopefully it will work for you too.

By following same diet one may easily gain weight

 

MORNING BREAKFAST

2 banana+ 2 almonds +4 cashews+ 1 glass of milk (mix all together in a blender)

And eat 1 apple with 1 glass of banana shake .

 

After 3 hours

4 chapati and curd

 

LUNCH

 

Rice+ pulse+ vegetable

 

EVENING SNACKS

 

Sandwich/ paratha/ fries/ chilla or any other item you like with 1cup of coffee/tea/milk/ fruit juice

 

DINNER

4-5 chapati with vegetable/ egg curry/ chicken or any other item you like.
