Benefits of hiking

If you are feeling mentally cloudy and you like the outdoors go to your local Walmart pick up a map and find a trail also download Alltrails it will tell what trails are good for your experience. You don't want to take a trail for an expert if you are a beginner. I go out on hikes all of the time it helps with my bipolar and PTSD my husband does too it helps with his fetal alcohol syndrome. Studies have shown that people with disabilities have improved with their symptoms just by going out on hikes not only that but you can lose weight I have I was 165 now I am 140. There was a guy that lost weight while he was on the Pacific Crest Trail he was 200 pounds over weight and by the time he finished the trail he lost all of it. So my if you want metal clarity and physical  health go hiking it really will help.
